Families can join us for one hour or stay for the full experience!

Most summer camps pack up early in August, but we are keeping the adventure going! Join us for the last two weeks of summer with ultimate flexibility, ease, and a full-time schedule.

Meet us at the Farm: Fall Program
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays mornings, 9:30AM -11:30 AM
August 10 – November 1, 2026
Join us for a beautiful, hands-on autumn season of growing, harvesting, and creating! Designed for young growers, this program is all about connecting with the land, our food, and each other as we watch the seasons shift.
Each morning features a mix of engaging farm experiences:
- 🌱 Learning Garden – Hands-on gardening, planting, seed saving, and soil care.
- 🐓 Farm Friends & Nature Study – Visiting the animals, exploring pollination, and observing the changing ecosystem.
- 🌿 Rotating Enrichment & Garden-to-Table – Enjoying everything from mindful sensory stretching and music to harvesting and preparing simple, seasonal treats.
Come wrap up this beautiful season with us and help us “put the garden to sleep” for the winter!

A Nature-Based Learning Journey
Give your child the gift of a meaningful connection to nature this fall! Our immersive 8-week farm program invites children to explore, create, and grow through hands-on gardening, culinary experiences, and outdoor enrichment activities.

DIG Farm Youth Academy
Spring – Fall 2026 Classes
Ages 10 – 18
Location: DIG Farm, 115 June Rd., North Salem, NY
DIG Farm Youth Academy is a seasonal learning program, connecting young people to the land through hands-on, community-based learning.
The academy is open to youth ages 10–18 interested in foraging, herbalism, food systems, and sustainable living. Classes focus on practical skills, nature knowledge, and outdoor learning.
🌱 Students may drop in or enroll for the full semester to earn homeschool credits.
Students who want to go further can join the Certification Pathway to build long-term skills in regenerative and earth-based practices.
Continue growing with DIG Farm Youth Academy throughout the year.
